Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using hybridleveragesystem.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, Architects, and anyone who interacts with HLS in any capacity.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify active Architects of material changes.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Platform.

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent HLS, its income potential, or the nature of the Architect opportunity
  • Use the Platform for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access accounts that are not yours
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Platform

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, scripts, AI-generated messaging, onboarding flows, training materials, video content, code, and design — is proprietary to Hybrid Leverage System and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce HLS content without express written permission
  • Reverse engineer any part of the Platform, its AI systems, or its code
  • Create derivative works based on HLS content, scripts, or systems without authorization
  • Resell, license, or redistribute any HLS materials

Architects are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform's tools and materials solely for the purpose of building their HLS business in accordance with these terms.

4. Architect Relationship

Becoming an HLS Architect creates an independent contractor relationship — not an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship of any kind.

As an Architect, you:

  • Are solely responsible for your own business decisions, marketing approach, and outcomes
  • Are responsible for your own taxes on any income earned through the platform
  • Do not represent HLS as an employer or partner in communications with others
  • Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in your marketing activities

5. Payments & Refunds

HLS subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file.

Refund Policy: HLS subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days from the initial charge date, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

6. Income Is Not Guaranteed

Participation in HLS does not guarantee income of any kind. Income depends on individual effort, skill, network size, market conditions, and consistency of action.

Results shared on this Platform — including testimonials and income examples — are not typical and do not represent what most Architects will earn. See our Income Disclosure Statement for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hybrid Leverage System, its founder, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to HLS in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
